Assalamualaikum WBT. Within these few days I have been playing with AsteriskNOW, the official derivation from Asterisk project by Digium. I bought two units of Cisco SPA3102 and it was a very good deal. Thanks Alan Ting from Sibu for selling me this item. It is a rare item in Malaysia. Really. I was having a real hard time to find it. Alhamdulillah, that guy still got it and even two units.

Now, I have successfully setup three extensions on AsteriskNOW (FreePBX) and looking forward to configure all the necessary setup in order to fully reveal both AsteriskNOW and SPA3102 capabilities. It is fun though quite a pain in the ***. I will try to accomplish the setup as soon as I got back from Hong Kong and will try my best to post the procedure here.

Firefox 5? Bukan Firefox 4 Baru Lagi Keluar Ke?

Assalamualaikum W.B.T.

Hari ini, sedang aku menghadap laptop tiba-tiba keluar prompt dialog untuk upgrade Mozilla Firefox 5. Wah! Aku rasa baru lagi Firefox 4 keluar dan aku masih lagi belum memasterkan diri untuk guna Firefox 4. Al-maklum, selama ini aku guna Google Chrome atas sebab ringan, pantas dan kurang memakan RAM. Tapi memandangkan fungsi Chrome agak terhad dimana aku tak boleh nak guna banyak add-ons yang disediakan oleh peminat-peminat Firefox makanya aku pun beralih kepada Firefox 4. Tapi sebelum-sebelum ini memang aku pengguna setia Firefox cuma gatal tangan nak guna Google Chrome.

Aku pun serta-merta klik OK untuk menaiktaraf Mozilla Firefox sedia ada kepada Firefox 5. Tengah-tengah memuat turun installer Firefox 5, aku pun menggoogle kenapalah cepats sangat jadi versi 5? Kamu-kamu semua boleh baca kenapa tiba-tiba jadi versi 5. Difahamkan bahawa Mozilla ingin mempercepatkan perkembangan Firefox dan akan menaiktaraf versi pelayar internet itu setiap 3 bulan. Ini disebabkan Google menaiktaraf Chrome mereka setiap 6 bulan.

Sekarang, aku menulis entri ini dengan menggunakan Firefox 5. Setakat ini, alhamdulillah dan aku sukakan fungsi terbaru tab Firefox 5 iaitu App Tab. Nak tahu apa itu App Tab? Mari cuba Firefox 5!
